AI Leadership Program

Personal AI mastery for business leaders.

A leader who hasn’t personally used AI can’t evaluate vendors, direct initiatives, or lead the conversation in their own company. This program builds that competency in six weeks. Not awareness. Not familiarity. Hands-on mastery, from doing real work with the tools.

The Challenge

Your team is waiting for you to go first

Most leaders making AI decisions right now have never opened a tool and done a day’s work with it. They’ve read the articles and sat through the demos. So they approve budgets for tools their teams quietly abandon within 90 days, and they set no standard for what good AI adoption looks like, because they don’t have one themselves.

The gap isn’t information. It’s personal competency: sitting down with an AI tool, doing real work, and knowing from direct experience what it does well, where it fails, and what your business should do about it.

“A leader who has that competency leads differently. They set the pace for their team. They make better decisions about where to invest. They stop being dependent on whoever is talking loudest about AI in the room.”

What It Looks Like in Practice

What does a leader actually do with AI?

Andrew Taylor, Principal of Conveyance Solutions, on a recent 10-day stretch of real work with Claude. A few examples, not the full list.

Research & Event Prep

Built a complete run sheet for 20 meetings at a two-day trade show, 90% accurate on first pass.

5 min → ~8 hrs saved

Post-Event Follow-Up

Read all notes, scanned business cards, updated HubSpot, and built a follow-up action sheet.

10 min → ~4 hrs saved

Proposal Draft

A soft proposal for a large deal, on brand and in my voice. Sent to the client for review, not the team for editing.

20 min → ~3 hrs saved

Partnership Copy

Four sharp bullets describing what we do for a new partnership announcement. Done between two other tasks.

2 min → ~10 min saved

Presentation Deck

A fully branded PowerPoint for a business event. Fine-tuned and presenter-ready, not a starting draft.

30 min → ~2 hrs saved

Personal Development Tool

A daily observation tool recording reflections for ongoing trend analysis and planning.

30 min to build → ongoing value

Total AI cost for the month: $25. That’s what personal mastery produces — and it’s what this program is built to create.

The Program

Two sprints. Six weeks each. Real work, not lectures.

Two independent six-week sprints. Each stands alone and produces company value on its own. Many leaders start with one.

Sprint 1 — Personal AI Mastery · 6 Weeks

Vantage

One 60-minute live session a week, cameras on, plus 15–20 minutes of daily practice. You become genuinely competent through daily use in your actual role, build a personal AI assistant, and develop the judgment that only comes from direct experience.

You leave with:

A configured personal AI assistant, a tested vendor evaluation framework, and an AI Use Map of your company’s specific opportunities.

Sprint 2 — Build a Working AI Tool · 6 Weeks

Momentum

One 60-minute live session a week, cameras on, plus 60–90 minutes of weekly build. You turn competency into something concrete: a working AI tool someone else on your team can actually use.

You leave with:

A working tool in daily use with handoff documentation, a one-page AI roadmap, and hands-on credibility no demo can replicate.

Cross-industry cohorts of 10–16 leaders from non-competing companies. Claude is the primary platform; a Claude Pro subscription is required per participant and is not included in the program fee.

Why Conveyance Solutions

We’ve spent 20 years inside the operations of industrial distributors and manufacturers. We know how real businesses run, where the friction is, and what sticks versus what gets abandoned. Our AI practice is built on that foundation — not generic technology consulting. We run AI in our own business every day, so this program is taught by practitioners, not trainers who learned the material last month.

The next cohort begins September 9, 2026.

For owners, CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs at companies with $15M–$250M in revenue who are ready to stop hearing about AI and start using it. Reach out to Andrew Taylor to discuss fit and reserve a seat.
