PT BOOKKEEPER
Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Conveyance Solutions. As a bookkeeper, you will play a vital part in managing the company’s financial accounts and ensuring the integrity of our financial records.
Tasks include:
- Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly AR billing cycles.
- Weekly AP management and cashflow reporting.
- Month end closes and inter-company journal entries.
- Monthly financial reporting.
- Support year-end tax preparation.
- Insurance Administration (cyber, general, and professional).
- State and Federal compliance management.
- 401K Management.
- Health Insurance management.
- Monthly Payroll.
- Light Administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years Bookkeeping experience or equivalent education REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in Bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Xero and/or QuickBooks Online REQUIRED.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
- Experience with Payroll and Benefits Administration.
