Role and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Conveyance Solutions. As a bookkeeper, you will play a vital part in managing the company’s financial accounts and ensuring the integrity of our financial records.

Tasks include:

  • Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly AR billing cycles.
  • Weekly AP management and cashflow reporting.
  • Month end closes and inter-company journal entries.
  • Monthly financial reporting.
  • Support year-end tax preparation.
  • Insurance Administration (cyber, general, and professional).
  • State and Federal compliance management.
  • 401K Management.
  • Health Insurance management.
  • Monthly Payroll.
  • Light Administrative duties as needed.


  • 2+ years Bookkeeping experience or equivalent education REQUIRED.
  • Proven experience in Bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Xero and/or QuickBooks Online REQUIRED.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
  • Experience with Payroll and Benefits Administration.
